Eric is the talented balloon twister of Otterly Magical. He does stunning twisting of all sort of creatures, ones that fly in the sky or crawls on the ground. He also does other simple twisting designs or intricate balloon art pieces. His job is to incorporate his talented twisting skill at parties to impress guests of all ages from kids to adults.
Constance is the balloon and event decorator at Otterly Magical. She enjoys incorporating her background in contemporary art and music into all of her custom event designs. Planning and working on an event may be stressful, but she is here to guide and help throughout the whole process. Constance feels making one of a kind event is something special to give to all her clients. She assures the WoW and extra touch of sophistication to your event and makes it stand out and definitely Instagramable.

ALICE WEI
Alice the Lead Face painting Artist at Otterly Magical, is a Chinese-born Canadian artist. Art is always the one thing that Alice wants to do for a living. She practiced majorly in the area of drawing and painting as well as clay modeling. She has a strong passion and background in many areas of fine art, this includes digital illustration, graphic design, web design, sculpting, drawing, and painting with many mediums.Years ago Alice graduated from her post-secondary studies at Think Tank and Vancouver Film School, she got her bachelors in 3D Animation and Modeling as well as special fx makeup artistry. She is now an art instructor at her own art studio located in Metrotown, and on the side, she also works as a certified professional makeup artist and a freelance illustrator and painter.Due to the nature of her own business as an art instructor. Alice is exceptionally experienced working with children 3 to 12 years old. Please note, we are unable to paint any body part of under 3-year-olds due to insurance and liability reasons. CAN ANYONE BE FACE PAINTED?
We certainly face paint willing adults, too – face painting has no upper age restrictions! However, with regards to minimum age, children should be at least 3 years old, comfortable sitting still, and also comfortable with the brush or sponge against their skin.SORRY, WE CAN NOT PAINT:
1). Children under 3 years old
2). Any child who is crying, scared, does not want to be painted or tries to "escape" from our painting chair.
3). Anyone who we believe is sick ( runny nose or coughing) or is suffering from cold sores, open wounds, pink eye, or any other condition that may be contagious.任何人都可以画脸吗？

We use only FDA-approved paints and products that are Hypo-Allergenic and water-based. However, individuals' skin varies in sensitivity and there is always a risk of skin irritation. A patch test can be requested before we paint you. Some colors may stain and take a day or two to wash off, but soap and water do the trick!We will not be held liable,
